Assess –
The strategic assessment phase is a two to three day onsite program where a complete review of the current business strategy and distribution programs that are in place. The deliverable is a detailed report of the current strategies, distribution and channel programs along with recommended enhancements and changes.

Develop –
The development and consulting phase is an interactive program where a Merging Channels consultant works directly with the operational and sales executives of your company to understand all the inter-workings of the sales and distribution processes that are currently in place. This program will uncover the current challenges. The deliverables of this phase will be a detailed report outlining the current processes and their challenges along with a set of enhancements and identification of new channels and distribution processes and strategies.

Execute –
The execution phase is where a Merging Channel consultant will work directly with your sales and channel teams to develop the new programs and processes identified in the development and consulting phase. The Merging Channel consultant will work directly with your teams to execute these strategies for sales and revenue enhancements. Our consultant will assist in developing the relationships with these new channel partners and assist in developing new programs internally to foster these relationships and revenue channels.
